I am unable to view, edit, or insert my uploaded image into my page using the Image Manager. When viewing the image in the image manager, there is either a red x or a broken image icon displayed in the Image Editor column.
This issue is typically caused from special characters or spaces within the images file name. A good common practice when creating file names is to remove all spaces and special characters. From the ezImageManager, right click on the image Filename that is causing the problem and select rename. Rename this image without any special characters or spaces and select “OK”.
If you select the image name again, you should now see it in the Image Editor column.
