There is a security feature built into netStartEnterprise that automatically suspends an account after five failed attempts to log in. You are either using the wrong password or someone else has correctly guessed your username (like Admin, e.g.) but didn’t know the password and kept trying to log into your account until it was suspended. Contact your netStart Administrator or your ezTask representative to un-suspend your account. You might consider changing your username to something more unique and secure.
